All Time Toys offers returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please see below for specific details.

"I don't want this item"

If you no longer want the item, it is within 30 days of purchase, and the item is still in the original condition in which it arrived to you, you may ship the item back to us. Upon reciept, we will check the item to make sure it is in the same condition, and issue a refund for the value of the item.

"My item arrived damaged"

If an item arrives damaged , and it is within 30 days of purchase, we can offer either reimbursement or replacement. For replacement, we will offer the same item if still in stock, or an item of equivalent value if you so choose. We require photos of the item as it is damaged, and may require the item to be shipped back. If the item needs to be shipped back, we will provide the return label.

"My item is defective or not as described"

If an item is defective or otherwise not as described, and it is within 30 days of purchase, we can offer either reimbursement or replacement. For replacement, we will offer the same item if still in stock, or an item of equivalent value if you so choose. We will require that the item to be shipped back, and we will provide the return label.
