Domestic Shipping
All shipping is provided though USPS or UPS. Shipping rates determined by the size & weight of the item, as well as the delivery address for the item(s).We use a shipping calculator in order to provide the best rates possible. Combined shipping rates are offered for multiple orders bought. If you have any questions or have any trouble with checking out with multiple items please contact us & we will do our best to get a combined shipping rate to you. In order to ensure items arrive at their final destination in the condition in which they departed, we ship all items in a box with packing material unless otherwise stated. All orders over $25.00 will be insured for their full value.
International Shipping
At this time, our international shipping is limited to Canada. Orders will be able to ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express only. All orders will ship with tracking, and information will be provided at the time of shipment. All orders will be insured for full value. Orders of $500 or more will require signature on delivery. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees.

Where is My Order?
Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.
How Does Route Protection Work?
If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.
