All Time Toys offers returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please see below for specific details.

"I don't want this item"

If you no longer want an item you've ordered, it is within 30 days of purchase, and the item is still in the original condition in which it arrived to you, you may contact us and ship the item back to us. Any items that have been opened are not eligible for returns in this case. Upon reciept, we will check the item to make sure it is in the same condition, and issue a refund for the value of the item only. If we find that the item has been opened, modified or is not in the condition it left, we will only provide a refund for the value we are able to salvage and resell the item for at that time. Return shipping costs and the original cost of shipping paid will not be reimbursed for any returns of this nature. 

"My item arrived damaged"

If an item arrives damaged , and it is within 30 days of purchase, we can offer either reimbursement or replacement. For replacements, we will offer the same item if still in stock, or an item of equivalent value if you so choose. We will require photos of the item showing all damaged areas, and may require the item to be shipped back for any compensation to be considered or provided. If the item does need to be shipped back, we will provide a return label at no expense to the buyer. In the event that an item is shipped back to us without being arranged with us prior, we will not reimburse that shipping cost.

"My item is defective or not as described"

If an item is defective or otherwise not as described, and it is within 30 days of purchase, we can offer either reimbursement or replacement. For replacement, we will offer the same item if still in stock, or an item of equivalent value if you so choose. We will require photos of the defects or discrepancies before compensation can be considered or provided. We will require that the item to be shipped back, and will provide a return label at no expense to the buyer. In the event that an item is shipped back to us without being arranged with us prior, we will not reimburse that shipping cost.
