Domestic Shipping
All shipping is provided though USPS or UPS. Shipping rates determined by the size & weight of the item, as well as the delivery address for the item(s).We use a shipping calculator in order to provide the best rates possible. Combined shipping rates are offered for multiple orders bought. If you have any questions or have any trouble with checking out with multiple items please contact us & we will do our best to get a combined shipping rate to you. In order to ensure items arrive at their final destination in the condition in which they departed, we ship all items in a box with packing material unless otherwise stated. All orders over $25.00 will be insured for their full value.
International Shipping
At this time, our international shipping is limited to Canada. Orders will be able to ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express only. All orders will ship with tracking, and information will be provided at the time of shipment. All orders will be insured for full value. Orders of $500 or more will require signature on delivery. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
In-Store Pickup
All orders placed on our site can be set for in-store pickup. To use this option, simply select the pickup option during checkout instead of a standard shipping method. Once selected, we will process your order as normal but keep it here on hand for you to come pick up in our Eldersburg store. All pickups will require us to obtain a photo copy of your photo ID in person as well as verifying the payment method used. Orders must be picked up by the person whos name is on the order and the payment method and ID must be verified before your order can be picked up. In the event this is unwanted or not possible, we can cancel the order and items can be repurchased for shipping.
"I need my order shipped or held for pickup but I selected the opposite."
In the event an order was created with either pickup or shipping but you require the opposite, we can cancel the order and you can repurchase with the correct method. Unfortunately we are unable to change whether an order is shipping or being picked up once it has been placed.
